Rural Rocks provides $20K in assistance. For essential workers who are Nevada residents for six months or more. First-time and repeat borrowers are eligible. Minimum credit score of 640. Offers permanent rate reductions with down payment/closing cost assistance OR standalone down payment/closing cost assistance. Income limits apply.
Home at Last Loan types include FHA (3.5% down), VA and USDA (no down payment required) and conventional (3% down). Perfect for those with funds already saved and/or those who are looking to refinance their existing mortgage.
First Time Homebuyers have 2%-$5% down payment assistance or others 3%-5% assistance. 30 yr fixed rate government loans (FHA, VA, USDA RD) and conventional loans. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac income limits apply, available in 15 rural counties.
