Welcome to the First Time Homebuyers page. This webpage and the videos are made possible through a Consumer Advocacy Grant IVR received from NAR. Here you will find resources and links that are designed to answer common questions for those buying their first home. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals for homeownership through education, outreach and engagement. You can find the videos from our recent First Time Homebuyers Workshop on this page. Each video covers a different topic provided to you by different members from IVR and the Incline Village community designed to educate you on preparing to buy your first home.
